Unfortunately we do not issue any refunds from Yazira. Since you explicitly give us permission to charge you for a monthly or yearly subscription, we can't offer any refunds.

However, if you were accidentally charged any amount from Yazira, please contact us via our support messenger and we'll resolve the issue as soon as possible. Accidental charges meaning you or your company were charged any amount that wasn't explicitly indicated in your monthly or yearly billing information (receipts).
